I’ve built Diet-Free Forever! around proven principles: Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, and techniques that help you Align your eating with your individual values, aspirations and needs. Brought together in AIM Eating, they build on what I have discovered on my own, the hard way.
I’ll support you while you learn and get comfortable with the eating skills that “naturally thin” people follow instinctively. Beyond those basic principles, we’ll tackle the obstacles you may encounter along the way: emotional eating, binging, obsessive negative thinking, stressful life circumstances -- whatever comes up. You’ll also learn to respect, trust,
and yes, maybe even love your own body.
